CAPTivate Gymnastics is an Adult Gymnastics Club located throughout Western Canada, for all skill levels, all genders, and ages 16+. We currently run programs in Calgary, Airdrie, Okotoks, Canmore, Edmonton, St. Albert, Fort Saskatchewan, and Athabasca in Alberta, in Steinbach and Winnipeg, Manitoba and in Yellowknife, Northwest Territories. We also offer adult gymnastics in Australia! Each of our programs is run out of a "host gym" once a week with nationally certified and highly experienced coaches. Join us for an excellent fitness workout, along with stretching, conditioning and social connection!
