Start your training early by coming to one or several Bring-a-Friend Days on Dec 14, 15, 17, and 18. Separately, you can also start early by coming to the CAPTivate Winter Camp in Canmore, Alberta on Jan 2-4, 2026, offering adult gymnastics, acro, and so much more.

CAPTivate registration involves the following steps:
1. Fill out the Registration Form below.
2. Send your e-transfer to captivategymnastics@gmail.com
3. If this is your first time with us since July 1, fill out the online waiver.
4. Receive a confirmation email from Hayley within 3 business days.
CAPTivate Winter Session Refund Policy: A full refund is available until Jan 9, minus a $20 administrative fee. After Jan 9, the cost of the first class will be charged. From Jan 10 to 24, the Trial Period is in effect. During this time, you can withdraw from a program and receive a prorated (proportional) refund. All withdrawals are subject to a $20 administrative fee. The Winter 2026 Trial Period ends on Jan 24. CAPTivate does not offer refunds for absences.

​CAPTivate Make-Up Class Policy: CAPTivate offers make-up classes! Notify us of an upcoming absence and/or register for a make-up class through the Fall 2025 Make-Up Class Form (winter form coming soon). You must submit this form at least 8 hours before your absence to qualify for a make-up class. Check the Make-Up Class Availability Spreadsheet to see if there are open spots in your desired class. Fall make-up classes expire on Dec 16 and cannot be used for skills workshops or Bring-a-Friend classes. Winter make-up classes expire on March 31. Spaces are not guaranteed.
