CAPTivate refund policy: The first two weeks of any session are considered a "Trial Period". During this time, you can withdraw from a team and receive a pro-rated refund. All withdrawals are subject to a $20 administrative fee. After the start of the third class of the session, the Trial Period is over and refunds are no longer offered. CAPTivate does not offer refunds for absences.

CAPTivate make-up class policy: CAPTivate now offers make-up classes! Maximum 2 per 11-week session. You can notify us of an upcoming absence and register for a make-up class through this Absence Submission Form. If you submit this 8 hours before your absence, you are eligible for a make-up class at a future date. Artistic gymnastics athletes may attend only artistic gymnastics make-up classes. Same rule applies for T&T and Performance Team. Make-up classes expire at the end of the session and are not guaranteed.

CAPTivate Gymnastics has NO hidden fees. Each session fee includes many hours of coached gymnastics instruction, and Alberta Gymnastics Federation & Gymnastics Canada membership and insurance.

"This is a program unlike any other; the differences between skill levels in every member is virtually unnoticeable. There’s a group mentality with a self-improvement aspect that’s perfectly complemented by hands-on coaching. I feel heard, safe, respected, and challenged for two hours every week."
