CAPTivate registration involves the following steps:
1. Fill out the Registration Form below.
2. Send your e-transfer to captivategymnastics@gmail.com
3. Fill out the CAPTivate online waiver.
4. Receive a confirmation email from Hayley within 3 business days.
CAPTivate Fall Session Refund Policy: A full refund is available until Sept 11, minus a $20 administrative fee. After Sept 12, the cost of the first class will be charged. From Sept 12 to 27, the Trial Period is in effect. During this time, you can withdraw from a program and receive a prorated (proportional) refund. All withdrawals are subject to a $20 administrative fee. The Fall 2025 Trial Period ends on Sept 27. CAPTivate does not offer refunds for absences.

CAPTivate World Gymnaestrada Team Refund Policy: A full refund for the Trial Period is available until Sept 11, minus a $20 administrative fee. After Sept 12, the only refund for withdrawing from the 6-week WG Trial Period is the amount outlined above ($50-$80 depending on pricing tier). Refunds on payments made after Oct 31 will be outlined in the WG 2027 Participant Handbook.

​CAPTivate Make-Up Class Policy: CAPTivate offers make-up classes! Notify us of an upcoming absence and/or register for a make-up class through the Fall 2025 Make-Up Class Form. You must submit this form at least 8 hours before your absence to qualify for a make-up class. Check the Make-Up Class Availability Spreadsheet to see if there are open spots in your desired class. Make-up classes expire on Dec 16 and cannot be used for skills workshops or Bring-a-Friend classes. Spaces are not guaranteed.
