CAPTivate Gymnastics is an international Adult Gymnastics Club, for all skill levels, all genders, ages 16+. We currently run programs in Alberta (Calgary, Airdrie, Okotoks, Olds, Canmore, Edmonton, St. Albert, Fort Saskatchewan, Leduc & Athabasca), in Manitoba (Steinbach & Winnipeg), in Northwest Territories (Yellowknife), and in Australia (NSW). Each of our programs is run out of a "host gym" once a week with nationally certified and highly experienced coaches. Join us for an excellent fitness workout, along with stretching, conditioning and social connection!
