"CAPTivate is an amazing adult gymnastics community. There are so many options for classes, workshops, camps, and events. The coaches are knowledgeable and supportive. The classes are truly for all levels, and ANYONE can have a great time and feel successful no matter their skill level or gymnastics history. I signed up for a 10 week session two years ago, and since then CAPTivate has become a core part of my life."
