Artistic Gymnastics includes training on bars, balance beam, vault, floor and trampoline.
-
Advanced Artistic Gymnastics requires familiarity with back handsprings on floor, front handsprings on vault with a beat board, and kips on bars.
-
Trampoline & Tumbling includes trampoline, double mini-tramp, floor, and tumble track.
-
Acro & Tumbling includes partner and group acrobatics, acroyoga, and cheer stunts, as well as tumbling on a sprung floor and a tumble track.
All our summer programs are appropriate for all skill levels, with fantastic coaches, and provide a full-body functional workout. To register, head to the Registration Page, right at the top of the page.
